At Three-Sixty Collision, we’ve gone from a small shop to leading repair specialists – but we haven’t lost the personal touch along the way. We know that crashes are scary and upsetting, so we try to make the repair process as quick and painless as we can.
Three-Sixty began with just two employees way back in 2004. In the 18 years since, we’ve taken on new team members, trained in new repair tech and built a strong customer base.
Owner Aaron bought the business in 2019. With a background in aftersales and a knack for customer service, it was natural for him to take the lead with insurers and simplify the insurance process for our customers. After a lot of thought, he changed the name of the business to Three-Sixty Collisions to reflect our full range of services – more than just panel beaters, we look at your car from every angle and do what we can to repair it.
We’re a bigger business now, but we’ve kept that small-business spirit – we treat every customer like a mate, keep you posted while we’re working on your car and make every part of the process stress-free. As a result, we’ve built a rep as Mid-Canterbury’s leading collision repair specialists.
Our repair specialists go through intensive training to make sure they’re up to scratch. They’re also dedicated pros with a passion for cars and collision repair.

Aaron Jones purchased ThreeSixty Collision repair back in 2019. With his natural flair for business, and a go-getter attitude, the team has loved his leadership. Aaron thrives on the dynamic nature of collision repair and enjoys working with the team to provide solutions for every customer. Over the years, he has focused on building strong, lasting relationships while always maintaining a clear vision for the future.

Aden has been repairing cars for over 25 years. Or longer, if you count spending his childhood in his dad’s panel and paint business. Considering his expertise, he’s extremely humble which makes him a great leader and teacher. When he’s not meeting people and their vehicles or solving problems, he’s helping others up-skill in this industry.
Cory’s a passionate automotive specialist, leader and mentor. After stealing and crashing his dad’s car as a teenager, he was then responsible for repairing it. The process got him hooked and he has been knee-deep in repairs ever since. Cory’s fun, positive energy is magnetic – he’s a huge part of the team’s success.
As a self-described “bubbly person who likes to get along with everyone”, Jessica fits right into our friendly team. Her upbeat attitude makes her a natural with customers as well. After a brush with serious illness, Jessica studied administration from home and then joined Three Sixty. She loves the job, and is keen to keep building her knowledge of the business. In her spare time, Jessica will most likely be out in nature somewhere – fishing, hiking or just enjoying the sun.
